I would highly recommend NurtureFlow. When it arrived I was impressed by the packaging it was warming and didn’t feel too clinical. I had never pumped before so I found all the instructions easy to follow but very informative with handy diagrams. Whilst baby slept I gave it a proper go and managed to get over 4oz in around 20 minutes on my first try ! What I love that whilst I pumped I ate lunch, unloaded the dishwasher and check on baby (was the pump being quite it didn’t wake them). It was really easy to use which was a worry as I had been exclusively breastfeeding, but using the NurtureFlow has meant that I can continue breastfeeding when I go back to work !
Downside is you can’t be fully on the go. Regards bending over to pick up stuff it can become loose
Results are great getting plenty of milk. Still use it on the go but things that involve bending over I avoid while the pump is on. Overall very happy 💖
